Direct Messages & Comments: Inbound and outbound message logs, comment content, and conversation metadata required to trigger automated responses.

Active Story Interactions: Story context, mentions, and interaction data used to generate context-aware AI replies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

Automation & AI Processing: Processing incoming messages and active story contexts to generate accurate, automated AI responses.

Analytics Dashboard: Displaying performance metrics, message volume, and engagement trends within your AutoReply dashboard.

Service Improvement: Monitoring platform stability, troubleshooting bugs, and improving our AI model responses.

3. Data Retention & AI Log Storage

We adhere to strict data minimization practices:

Temporary Processing: Message logs and active story context data are processed temporarily to maintain conversation continuity and AI memory.

Retention Period: Conversation context logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days to ensure seamless AI interaction, after which they are automatically purged or anonymized.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or conversation logs to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

All data transferred between Meta, our servers, and your dashboard is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS 1.3.

Sensitive access tokens and database records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

5. Third-Party Services

AutoReply integrates directly with Meta Platforms, Inc. via official Graph APIs. Your use of Instagram remains subject to . We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights (Meta Compliance)

You retain full control over your data. You can request data deletion or revoke access at any time:

Revoking Access: You can disconnect AutoReply from your Instagram account at any time via your Instagram Settings (Settings & Privacy > App Permissions).

Data Deletion Instructions: To request complete deletion of your account and all associated interaction logs from our servers, you can:

Go to your AutoReply Dashboard Settings and click "Delete My Account & Data".

Alternatively, send an email to info@ehsansoftwaretr.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receiving a request, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our primary databases within 48 hours.
